Canon Bryan
Canon Bryan is a financial professional who has held management positions for publicly-listed and privately-held companies in a variety of industries in North America. Throughout his career, Mr. Bryan has also provided M&A and corporate development services to clients in various industries. In 2007, Mr. Bryan founded Thorium One International Limited, a privately-held nuclear fuel company; he continues to serve as director, president and chief executive. He was a founding shareholder of Uranium Energy Corp (UEC: AMEX) in August 2004; UEC is a near-term producer of ISR uranium in the United States. He was a senior financial analyst for Lasik Vision Corporation (LSK:CDNX), which became the world’s largest provider of laser refractive surgical services during his tenure. He has acted as interim chief financial officer for distressed publicly-listed companies in the USA. Mr. Bryan completed his professional studies in accounting with the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada; he is not designated.

Jack Scott, BSc, MBA
Mr. Scott has been Vice President of Commercial Operations for Naikun Wind Energy Group (TSXV: NKW) since February 2008. Naikun is developing a 1,700 megawatt off-shore wind platform, off the coast of Western Canada. Mr. Scott has served as Vice-President of Corporate Development at Atomic Energy of Canada Limited (AECL) until 2008 where he was responsible for developing partnerships within the nuclear energy industry. Prior to AECL, Mr. Scott spent 10 years developing major infrastructure projects and technology businesses worldwide at Canadian multinational engineering and construction company AGRA Inc., now part of AMEC plc. He brings a formidable background in strategy and operations, bid management, investment valuation, international market analysis and development. He also has extensive experience with contract negotiations and partnerships. Mr. Scott obtained his degree in chemical engineering from Queen's University in Kingston and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in London.

John Terry Rickard PhD
Dr. Rickard has 36 years of experience in technology and financial organizations, holding management and technology development positions. He acted as the Principal Research Scientist and then Senior Fellow of Lockheed Martin Corporation from 2003-2008, after which, he took on the role as a Research Scientist for Distributed Infinity Inc. Dr. Rickard has served on the board of directors of three companies, one of which is a public reporting company. He currently serves on the board of Skyler Technology, a company specializing in ultra-low latency trading software for the financial industry. In addition to these activities, he consults for companies in the defense, financial and mining industries and develops proprietary trading algorithms for his own investment account.

Dr. Rickard has authored numerous technical publications in several branches of engineering, and in the fields of electronic market structure, matching algorithms and trading strategies, which have appeared in refereed technical journals, books and conference proceedings. In addition, he has authored several issued patents and current patents pending. He was awarded his PhD in Engineering Sciences at the University of California at San Diego in 1975, his MSc in Electrical Engineering at the Florida Institute of Technology in 1971, and achieved his BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology in 1969.
